Stan Lee makes his 1532th comic con appearance, this time to announce he has a new job (a different kind of jobs from the ones the fans been giving him). Here are some of the highlights:
"I've been walking the streets waiting for someone to make me this offer for years!" Lee laughed.
His comment about street walking is probably correct. Also did he just admit that he's a washed up and nobody wants his work?
He compared his days at Marvel, when he had very little money, to what he'll be doing now at Virgin. "It's Virgin! They have nothing but money!

"This is actually one of the most exciting things to happen to me. To get a chance to start over again doing what I did years ago."
Years ago when there weren't other more talented writers around?
"That's probably the way we'll work here. The people I'm working with here are probably a lot more creative than I am, but that's OK. I'll take the credit"

Note: I don't have anything against Stan Lee...the one 40 yrs ago not this one. Stan Lee was great 40 years ago, without a doubt he pretty much made marvel comics what it is today but his writing is out of touch with the modern world. I know you people love getting nostalgic and all but don’t you think he's been praised too much already? This is what’s wrong with the world, you people keep sucking him off, making him delusional.
